AbdullahWP provides professional WordPress development services, including but not limited to:

  • Custom WordPress website design and development
  • Performance optimization and speed boosts
  • Website security and maintenance
  • Plugin customization and setup
  • Website migration (e.g., from Wix to WordPress)
  • E-commerce development (WooCommerce)
  • Blogging platform setup
  • SEO-ready website structure

Detailed scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client engaging AbdullahWP’s services, you agree to:

  • Provide timely and accurate information, content, and feedback required for the project.
  • Ensure that any materials (text, images, videos, etc.) provided to AbdullahWP do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Make timely payments for services rendered as per the agreed-upon payment schedule.
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes.

3. Payment Terms

  • All pricing for services will be agreed upon in advance and outlined in a project proposal or invoice.
  • A deposit may be required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or as per an agreed-upon milestone payment schedule.
  • Payment methods will be specified in the invoice or proposal.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Client Content: You retain all intellectual property rights to any content, materials, and data you provide to us for your website.
  • AbdullahWP Deliverables: Upon full and final payment for the services, the intellectual property rights for the custom website design and development work performed by AbdullahWP for your project will transfer to you, the client. AbdullahWP may retain the right to showcase the completed work in its portfolio.
  • Tools and Licenses: We may use licensed themes, plugins, or tools (e.g., Elementor Pro) in your project. Appropriate licenses for these tools may be necessary for ongoing updates and support, and the client is responsible for acquiring or renewing such licenses if not explicitly included in AbdullahWP’s service agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party during the course of the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

AbdullahWP will strive to provide high-quality services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. AbdullahWP makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law
